Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 4553 (Fees for ATS Data) to establish a fee schedule for optional professional access to alternative trading system (“ATS”) volume information published by FINRA on its website.
