Proposed Rule Change to Allow FINRA Members to Use the FINRA/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility to Transfer Transaction Fees Charged by One Member to Another Member
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 7230B (Trade Report Input) to permit FINRA members to use the FINRA/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility (the “FINRA/NYSE TRF”) to transfer transaction fees charged by one member to another member on trades reported to the FINRA/NYSE TRF.
