Proposed Rule Change Relating to Aggregation of Activity of Affiliated Members for Purposes of FINRA/Nasdaq TRF Fees and Credits

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend Rule 7630A (Aggregation of Activity of Affiliated Members) relating to the pricing schedule for the FINRA/NASDAQ Trade Reporting Facility (the “FINRA/NASDAQ TRF”) under the Rule 7600A Series.
