Proposed Rule Change to Amend FINRA Rule 8210 to Require Encryption of Information Provided via Portable Media Device

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 8210 to require that information provided via portable media device pursuant to a request under the rule be encrypted.
