Proposed Rule Change Relating to Order Reporting Requirements on the Alternative Display Facility

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 6250 to allow end-of-day order reporting and require that participants on the Alternative Display Facility (“ADF”) provide order information to FINRA immediately upon request.
