(“NASD”)) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to adopt NASD Rule 3330 (Payment Designed to Influence Market Prices, Other than Paid Advertising) as FINRA Rule 5230 (Payments Involving Publications that Influence the Market Price of a Security) in the consolidated FINRA rulebook, with several changes to clarify the scope of the rule.
