Proposed Rule Change to Amend the Rule 7000C Series Regarding Charges for FINRA/NSX Trade Reporting Facility Services

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) (f/k/a National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.) (“NASD”)) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) this proposed rule change to establish a fee for the submission of non-media reports to the NASD/NSX Trade Reporting Facility (the “NASD/NSX TRF”).
