I am writing to you because I received a notice that I will be restricted to buy leveraged fund. I do not quite understand this decision because I am clear about what I am doing and understand the risk behind it.
Public investment should be available for everyone as long as they follow the rules and do not violate any regulations. I believe I have the rights to buy any available investment in the market as I am aware the risk behind it and knowing I can afford the loss.
I also believe I do not need to pass any tests because I understand the leveraged ETFs and I choose them because I think its fits my investment goal.
I still have enough cash deposit and my income from my current job is steady. Also, I am not lending any money nor do I have any debts. So, please do not limit my ability to buy leveraged asset like TQQQ and SOXL. Thank you.
