As a professional investor, I should be able to choose to invest in public funds and what's suitable for my investments. I use these inversed and leveraged funds to hedge my investments, I shouldn't have to go through any special process, like a test in order to invest in these public funds. I understand the risk involved in investing in leveraged and inverse funds, I do not need to have these measures imposed on me. These are easy access funds and it provides an easy path to hedge my portfolio.
