This is a FREE country. I have been using inverse funds for over a decade and leveraged funds to and options. If you are going to restrict these funds that's no problem to me I will just use options. You should NOT restrict the use of these funds that is absurd unless you don't want people sitting the market because YOU ARE AFRAID that this will bring the market down. Don't worry, that will happen anyway when people sell. You can't stop that but you are going to prevent people from being able to hedge their positions. That is not ok. Leave this country a FREE country. Let us do our thing.
