William Sloth Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am writing to express my concern about the potential regulations being considered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). If these regulations are enacted, it would restrict my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, as well as many other popular investment vehicles that are deemed to be complex. I am a college student who is interested in investing in leveraged and inverse funds. I believe that these funds can be a great way to generate returns, and I should be able to invest in them without having to pass a test or get special approval. I also believe that the cooling off period is unnecessary and should not be required. Being a college student, I don't have a lot of money to invest, and these funds can help me reach my future earnings goals.
