I oppose the proposed restrictions on my right to invest. I have used leveraged funds very effectively for the past several years. I understand they are volital, but used properly that volatility is to my advantage. Leveraged funds are a key component to my overall investment strategy as a hedge and to seek enhanced returns. I do not believe restrictive measures are necessary, and believe I should have a right to these investment choices.
