I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special processes like passing a test because I can invest. I do NOT need any additional measures imposed on me. Try putting some better restrictions on congress, the house and house speaker's husband instead of restricting the general public. I am well versed in handling leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds have been important to my investment strategies and have helped create better gains and hedge risk. I URGE you to stop trying to restrict these products. The average investor you are "trying to protect" doesn't know what these products are and isn't going to buy them for fun and lose all of their money.
