Please don't restrict buying of leveraged ETPs. They are much safer and the risks much clearer than other leverage derivatives like options or futures. leveraged ETPs are an essential part of a agressive or parabolic portfolio while still being broad-based. I really hope FINRIA doesn't undo the empowerment of retail investors in the name of "saving" or "protecting" us.
