I use leveraged funds as part of my overall strategy for investing. While they only make up a small portion if my investments, I think they are an important tool in achieving my goals. I should be able to purchase these freely without needing to go through special processes. I understand not only the risks associated with these types of investments, but also the rewards. We do not need regulators gatekeeping these leveraged or inverse funds. This is my money and I should be able to invest it as I see fit.
