Dear FINRA, I am concerned about the potential changes that could affect my ability to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. I am an ardent supporter of the general public having access to the funds without the need to make these purchases though privileged brokers. I am well aware of the limitations and risk involved with these funds. The process that is being considered to make these purchases available to me are excessive and unreasonable. I currently have these funds as hedges for my portfolio and I consider it a tool for me to continue being fully invested in the market. Without these funds I would must likely sell all my securities (stock and funds) and revert back to cash. I hope that you reconsider your position with this matter. It could be detrimental to not only these funds but the overall stock market stability.
