To Whom It May Concern, After learning of the proposed regulations to limit access to leveraged and inverse funds, I am reaching out to make the following known: I believe that as an investor it is my sole responsibility to understand the funds I am investing in. I use leveraged funds as an important part of my portfolio to hedge against certain risks. I do not believe it is right that access to leveraged or inverse funds be limited to accredited (high net worth) investors. Leveraged funds are a minor, but important part of my own portfolio currently, and I am not an accredited investor. In conclusion, I believe that restrictions on my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds should not be put in place.
