I oppose restriction to my right to invest my money as I see fit. In a free country I should be able to choose what investments are right for me and my family. Exchange traded funds, both leveraged and inverse are an important element to my investing strategy. They allow me to hedge other investments, and to take advantage of situations when I believe that the market is likely to move in a certain direction. If you restrict this right, only the elites on Wall Street will have the ability to utilize these perfectly reasonable and appropriate investments. Thank you,
