Dear Sirs and Madams: I feel that I have the right to invest in any investment that fits my financial requirements without having to 'pass a test'. These proposed regulations treat US citizens as children! I do not need 'help' from Federal Regulators to manage my money. Leveraged and inverse funds are an important and critical part of my investment strategy. When markets are in a correction and/or 'Bear Market', inverse funds offset losses for my longterm investments. Please let adults manage their own interest and stop trying to 'help us'!
