I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest in Leverage and Inverse funds. People, not regulators, should have the choice of what investments are right for them. These type if funds are important for my investment strategy and it would create problems for me if I cannot continue to use them. I should not have to take a test to use them. I have been successfully been using them since 2009 and wish to continue using them
