To Whom it may concern: I am 54 years old and have been an active investor since 1997. During that time I have utilized many different investment vehicles to achieve my investing goals including stocks, bonds, options, mutual funds, etfs, leveraged etfs, and even inverse etfs. It was with great disappointment to learn that federal regulators are considering restricting individual investors ability to access these investment vehicles. This type of restriction would certainly hamper my and most likely many other investors ability to achieve our desired investment and retirement goals. These investments come with a clear prospectus to read and understand prior to investing, so we as individuals know and understand the risks involved. Therefore it would be totally unnecessary to restrict our ability to invest in these types of investment vehicles. Thank you for your consideration! Thomas Kuopus.
