Hello, I was saddened to hear the news of regulations that are being considered. I understand where for the concern about protecting individual investors by restricting these assets from being sold. However, I would like to bring up two things that I think are overlooked - 1. The internet 2. Technology The internet now allows investors to easily gather information about these products and become aware on the risks. There is an abundance of information about all these assets that individuals have easy access to obtaining. Instead of banning why not have a requirement that investors must see a screen stating the investments risk in the length of a tweet & have links to other articles that go into detail before they confirm a trade As for technology, I touched in it with the internet but think another piece should be brought up. Technology brings new methods to share information like videos or interactive diagrams. Why not require the issuing company or broker service create a series of technology driven information sources that are approved by regulators? Information is easy to view, accessible and will ensure the investors has the ability to become aware of all risks Hope none of this helps!! Contact me [REDACTED] if you have questions!! Have a great day,
