I am a common individual investor. I have some stocks, such as RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION(RTX), OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION(OXY), etc. Due to the recent market decline, I had to protect my investment. Three methods can be implemented which are futures, options, and inverse funds. It is too risky for me to involve in options and futures trading. It is a feasible and low risky solution for me to have inverse funds. Inverse funds can hedge my position. If the market continues to go down, I will buy some stocks of companies that I think are excellent. So, I need to keep buying inverse funds to protect my positions. I am firmly bullish on the US stock market. I'm not a malicious short seller.
