I Request FINRA to Please allow everyone to access these products. Many people use these products sensibly by allocating a small portion of their net-worths. It is not fair to allow only certain individuals to access these products, while restricting everyone else. One could buy a stock which could go to zero, is that not an unsafe / complex investment? How do you define complexity? Buying AAPL or AMZN is complex if one is unable to understand the Fundamentals. Boeing was a great company but suddenly now looks like a complex investment after airplane issues.
It must be the individual who should decide where he/she wants to invest based on his/her beliefs, knowledge and understanding. Based on his/her risk appetite. I request FINRA to Please kindly leave Proshares alone and regulate insider trading, coordinated short squeezing and speculative frenzy's. More money has been lost by investing Gurus giving wrong advice on news channels. Looks like investing is so complex that professionals and economists themselves don't understand how they should invest. By that analogy FINRA should regulate investing itself, since investing is complex. Please kindly regulate the gurus/pundits on news channels scaring common people, Not the common man's access to investments.
