I oppose limitations on the ability to buy leveraged or inverse funds.
Funds, such as the leveraged S&P 500 (TQQQ), are not get-rich-quick schemes, but rather investments with proven track records since their inception.
I should be able to choose which investments are right for me and my family. Regulators should not have this ability to restrict lower and middle class families.
