I am adamantly against the regulations imposed re: 22-08.
"The availability of complex products and options can potentially expand the investment opportunities for retail investors and, if properly understood, offer favorable investment outcomes (e.g., enhancing returns, limiting losses or improving diversification)."
Why is there any desire to take such an offering away, or limit access to such an offering? Is this just another attempt on the part of Government to control what should be a free market? Is there really value is taking options away from consumers? Options that "offer favorable investment outcomes"?
The stock market already appears to be highly manipulated/manipulatable. Please do not take away a tool that allows a mechanism to help level the playing field.
