Hello! Im writing to you regarding your decision to regulate leveraged etfs. And possibly other investment options. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. It seems the government allows rules for the rich. that are different from the rest of us. I grow tired of the government claiming that more regulation is for my protection. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me for so called protection. Leveraged etfs are an important part of my portfolio. I understand wanting to protect investors. But this doesnt seem like the place to focus your energy. Allowing the wealthy to play with one set of rules. But the everyday man another. With that in mind I hope you choose to leave leveraged etfs as they are.
