I believe that each individual should have the ability to invest where they want and not be restricted to the privileged.
Adding additional special processes to invest where the public wants is a direct interference with the free market.
Individuals should have the right to use leveraged and inverse funds as part of their investment strategy without going through loopholes just to make their investment.
