I am 71 years old ex Home Depot employee. I oppose regulatory #22-08 because I am a small investor and make my own decisions on where to put my money. I read the prospectus and realize the risks I take. I want to continue to buy and sell leveraged and inverse funds without hoops to jump through or lose the ability to buy and sell them.
Please do not pass the regulation.
