Hello
Regarding the proposed changes, I am concerned about the blocks being put on individuals and small investors like myself.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and you and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged, investment banks, hedge funds and wall street.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before being allowed to invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and inverse ETFs. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds including any risks and its very unfair that any restrictive measures are imposed on individual small investors like myself. What this will lead to is small investors like myself being forced to go to the banks and brokerage houses again to pay them to do something that we are fully capable of doing ourselves.
