I oppose restrictions on the right to invest in public investments. Please let me choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged few. I understand the risks and complete loss of principal of these investments. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged funds. There is enough materials and warnings already. Do not need additional measures imposed on us. Leveraged funds play a limited but important role in my overall strategies. I use them to enhance my returns. If at all you need to do something to protect investors suggest that brokerages give the high risk/heavy loss warnings in the trading window for those leveraged symbols as a last resort reminder/warning before pushing the button. Thanks for your consideration and letting us trade the leveraged 2x and 3x ETF products. I do not short. Going long only.
