Spencer Comeaux Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I do not agree with FINRA's proposed limitations on restricting MY access to leveraged and inverse funds. I am not an accredited investor, but I spend a lot of time studying and learning about market behavior, which has provided me with great insight given my employment in the finance industry. I receive precautionary information from the funds and from my brokerage constantly. I feel as though my broker and the companies that run these funds do an acceptable job of keeping me informed and up to date on the risks associated with leveraged and inverse etf's and even what products are available that are not leveraged or inverse.
I would be very disappointed if access to these products were limited to a select number of investors. I view these products as a great way to learn and understand markets, on top of being able to grow my retirement accounts.
On behalf of those passionate about markets and young investors everywhere, please keep these products available to ALL investors.
