In regards to regulations in investing, this regulation takes away the right of people to make profit in the market whether they lose it all or dont thats on them for not doing their due diligence. I think its unconstitutional and goes against the very premise of crypto currency purposes. I think this displays a capitalistic disportionately by leveraging power to people and limits any consideration to those of us who want to build a future for ourselves in a growing market. Please reconsider your next steps in reevaluating how people purchase. Not everyone has a broker and this is ultimately a way to profit and marginalize people. You don't do it for the regular markets so why are you doing this now.
