Regulation over the Market is rational, however, Regulation which prohibits certain classes of investors from investing in products which have been approved by the SEC is not only unwise it is a slap in the face of those who have researched products and decided that they are valid investments for them. I do approve the SEC cautioning investors about risks involved. After due consideration, this should be still at the discretion of investors. I have already lost money, because now whenever a corporation makes minor changes in their statements offered to purchase must be pulled by our investment company. Why not warn and let the investor decide. Sibbett F Sapp
