Dear Sir/Madam, I am very disappointed to learn that restrictions may be applied to Leveraged and inverse funds, as they are very important to my investment strategies. I have been using them to seek enhanced returns as a limited part of my overall portfolio. I would like to make it very clear that as an investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. It can never be over stressed that Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
