Please,
Let Me Choose how I invest.
I do not want any new restrictions.

I have been using Leveraged ETFs
like those offered by Proshares for Years.

I fully understand what I am doing and why,
and it is very important to me to be able to continue.

All you would be doing, if you take away my right to choose
how I invest My Money is make it more difficult for me to
prosper in these tough times.

Please stay out of the way -
I am sick of out of touch regulators making decisions for me.

I am a fully capable Adult who can make his own financial
choices and the last thing I want is someone else to make
those choices for me.
