At the ripe old age of 53 and over 20 years of public investing, it is awfully paternalistic of a USA regulatory body such as FINRA to now strip away my right to certain important investment strategies and securities such as leveraged and inverse funds. Are only the big fish and/or insiders on Wall Street and government officials allowed to hedge/enhance their portfolio with such vehicles??? Are you also considering shutting down gambling in Las Vegas for the "average Joe"?...I highly doubt it!
