I am an experienced investor and have been investing in real estate and stocks for 25+ years and I have recently discovered a more niche market investment vehicle in the leveraged ETF funds. I have a diverse portfolio of real estate, broad market ETFs, Bonds, and individual shares in companies. All of these various vehicles offer a different risk/reward ratio and I am very comfortable with that.
I Absolutely do not believe that this type of investment should be regulated and only offered to rich 'accredited' investors. That will only take away more opportunities for average or lower income investors and thus further work to widen the wealth gap.
I grew up poor, and had to learn investing and money management on my own and have learned through trial and error, reading and watching many books, videos and investment materials.
Please keep leveraged funds available to all investors.
Thank You-
