I strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
I am thoroughly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I've been in the market for more than 15 years and have accrued a winning portfolio. Leveraged and inverse funds are EXTREMELY important to my investment strategies. I need to be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
