To Whom it May Concern, I was troubled to learn that the FINRA is considering passing SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15, which would affect individual investors like myself from using several popular public investments, including leveraged and inverse funds. I believe that I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right myself and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I've learned that if SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 is passed, I would be required to pass a regulator-imposed test of my specialized investment knowledge in order to invest in certain public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the risks associated with these funds and believe it is unnecessary for these measures to be imposed upon the public. Lastly, leveraged and inverse funds have both played an important role for my investment strategies. In the past, I have used leverage funds to enhance my returns during volatile market periods. And today, I continue to use inverse funds to hedge my investments during market downturns. Adding extra requirements to utilize these funds would have a negative consequence on my investment portfolio, as well as the portfolio of many other investors. Please do not allow this proposal to pass. The investing future of millions of Americans depends on it. Thank you for your consideration.
