Re: Investing in leveraged and inverse funds I am submitting this because not only do I have the right to share my views, but the regulators are required to take my comments into consideration in deciding whether to move forward. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds, to help me protect (hedge) my investments or seek enhanced returns, and I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I have a masters degree in engineering and had a series 7 license for 20+ years - I certainly am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me! Thank you, Ronald B Praught [REDACTED]
