I'm not sure where you are getting this idea from. But whether it's from rich Hedge Fund operators who don't want people to be able to manage their own strategies without high fees; or from politicians who just want to control everything; or from people who lost money doing something they had no business being involved with (i.e. stupidity). It doesn't matter, this is a terrible idea. You sit there and let Cryptocurrency-crooks run rampant, stripping the gullible of any chance, and instead of stopping them you are doing this. That whole thing is a massive Ponzi scheme and you just let it run. Good going!
