The last time I checked, I was still living in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA ! I have the right to trade in investments of MY choice. I have studied extensively on many forms of investments, such as options, futures, stocks
and ETF's. I am fully aware of the risks that go with leveraged and inverse funds, options , stocks, and futures. I do not need a regulator telling me what I can and cannot invest in. There is always a trade with precious metals ETF's no matter which way gold is moving. I've been with TD Ameritrade since the 1980's and their training platforms and communication is second to none. They are there for me if I have questions 24/7. So, Mr. regulator, kindly "bud out".
