I invest in leveraged funds.
They have been an important part of my long-term investment strategy for over four years.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds.
I am able and should be allowed should be able to choose the publicly traded investments that are appropriate for me and my family, not regulators.
Furthermore, public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged with access.
I should not be required to go through any special process such as passing a regulator-imposed test of my specialized investment knowledge, demonstrating a high net worth, getting special approval from my broker, attesting to reading certain materials, or going through any cooling off periods during which I cannot invest (open a new or close an existing long or short position).
I do not need such measures imposed on me.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
