I am most disappointed with the suggestion that FINRA is considering restricting or eliminating the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. If we common-folks cannot utilize these investment tools then you must be sure that this applies to EVERYBODY including Wall Street insiders. Otherwise, let everybody have unfettered access to these investment instruments.
