I have been investing for many years and it is just un-american to try to stop normal up standing American citizens from the right to make their own investment decisions. It is important that each individual have the right to choose the best investments for their family. All investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged super-rich who then take advantage of the rest of the population. Secondly, we should not have to go through any special process or testing to prove our capability of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, Leveraged and inverse funds are critical to my investing strategies because they allow me to retain some positions while reducing the risk of market adjustments without having to sell a long-term investment for short term reasons. They are a small part of my investment strategies but allow for better risk - reward returns on the over all investment plan.
