All the rich people will still be allowed to borrow money to build their real estate complexes, while us small people will be restricted. How is a 2x leveraged fund different than buying on margin. I suggest you look at the losses of some of the ark funds, or zoom this past year before deciding leveraged funds must be denied to ordinary people.
