In no, way, fashion shape or form does the government have any business telling investors whether they are 'permitted' to invest in any investment and this includes but is not limited to:
1). the regulators have no business telling me what I can or cannot invest in. this is way to much control on their part.
2). I shouldn't have to prove I can invest by going thru some sort of test. its my money and I'll invest anyway I like.
3). I seek enhanced investments like pro shares to increase my overall return for my children and grandchildren
4). over and above all of this, government should NOT regulate how or what I invest in. this is an invasion of privacy and has no part in governing.
