I am opposed to the proposed regulation that appears to prevent individual investors such as myself from purchasing securities called "complex products." I am 82 years old, have been investing for many years, and understand the structure and risks of leveraged funds. I have used them successfully to boost returns as part of my portfolio holdings. To the extent the proposed regulation would restrict my ability to choose my own investments I am opposed. I neither need nor want my freedom to choose impaired. Please reconsider what to me is an ill-advised regulation.
