Dear FINRA Regulators,
I understand that you are AGAIN considering to limit my capability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. This the the second time in about 5 or 6 years you have attempted to do this. Please DO NOT impose your proposed limitations because this would hurt small investors, such as myself, to utilize such tools for investments and protection against major market swings. As an example, I use a small number of reverse ETFs to help protect myself in the event of a major short or long-term market crash. The gains on my reverse ETFs will help offset losses on the major portion of my investments. If you FORCE me to remove my small number of reverse ETFs, you have put me AT RISK with the majority of my investments!!!
PLEASE DO NOT IMPOSE THESE STUPID REQUIREMENTS ON SMALL INVESTORS. You will HURT more people than you help!!!
